DAG2020R-DFDS

The DAG2020R DFDS die spraying device was specially designed for forging presses from 1000 to 4000to. The rough conditions in practical forging operations were fully taken into account in the design. The AED spray equipment is mounted on a standard industrial robot and fully integrated into the robot control. Correspondingly large media lines ensure an optimal supply of the spraying tool. The spray equipment is available for ABB, Fanuc and Kuka robots. The equipment of other industrial robots is possible on request.
