Modularity

Due to the fully modular concept, a FLEXTOOL™ conforms easily and well to the die`s shape, so the nozzles can be positioned in the exact right position for maximum performance. This contributes to reduced spray times. Its low weight protects the reciprocator and ensures more dynamic movement, further reducing cycle time.

Power and Control

The air and lube supply lines have a significantly higher capacity than other spraying tools on the market. Together with the control of the AED sprayware this provides a very broad range of operation and also ensures an environmentally friendly operation. From ‘micro-spraying’ to power-spraying - FLEXTOOL™ can do. Rapid drying of the die is insured by the powerful blowing circuits.

Flexibility

With up to 8 independent spray circuits and 2 blow circuits, the FLEXTOOL™-series ensures maximum flexibility. All spray circuits can be utilized on either side of the die, and groups of nozzles can be assigned to different circuits.

Low Maintenance - High Availability - Process Stability

FLEXTOOL™ is well known for best values in process performance but also for high availability and literally very low maintenance requirements. If needed, maintenance is easy to do and the original setup of the tool can be re-established accurately. Colour coded flow control plugs in the spraying heads make the setting easy and visible.
