AED 1000 LST
The die spray equipment AED 1000 LST is the result of long-standing experience and striving for the best performance. The modular concept can be adopted to all specific customer needs. The incorporated sensors and actuators allow the monitoring of process relevant information with respect to „Industry 4.0“. This concept is the ideal solution for the efficient treatment of casting dies.

Allocation of the size of the die casting machine (DCM) to the spray system AED 1000 LST
Thanks to the modular design, an exactly fitting AED 1000 LST can be configured for each DCM size. The table allows you to select the stroke (in [mm]) of the Z-axis and the Y-axis of the unit depending on the DCM size (locking force as selection parameter).
